In real estate, as in life, one quickly realizes that what sets apart the extraordinary experience from the average experience is the attention to details, the follow-through and a “client service” first approach. I take great pride in providing value to my clients by paying attention to the details that matter to each of them, by personally following-through, and by serving my clients as an advisor, educator, counselor, and mediator.  My background in Law and Mediation provides a unique lens through which to view each transaction.  I find great satisfaction in helping my clients achieve a favorable outcome through this balance of education and advocacy.

For the last twenty years, I have loved making Boulder County my home. This supportive community has been a place where I have enjoyed raising our three daughters, cycling, beekeeping, and volunteering for causes that are dear to my heart. My educational background includes a Juris Doctorate, Mediation Certification, and a License to Practice Law in both Colorado and Nebraska.

I am honored to serve my clients along the entire Front Range and I am grateful to work at Live West Realty as a Broker Associate. Superior Colorado

Superior, Colorado is a highly desirable, affluent suburban town of roughly 13,000 residents, situated in Boulder County along the U.S. 36 corridor between Denver and Boulder.

Superior is known as the "Gateway to Boulder Valley,” combining a sparse suburban feel with spectacular mountain views and convenient access to big-city amenities.

Reportedly, the Town was named after the "superior" quality of the coal found in the area.  Superior was founded in 1896 and incorporated June 4, 1904.
