I am so grateful to have found a profession where I can draw on my legal background to serve others, to negotiate, to problem solve, and to walk alongside my clients in the attainment of their goals. Whether I am representing a client in the purchase or sale of their primary residence or investment property, I am honored to be able to share in the joy of such an achievement.

In real estate, as in life, one quickly realizes that what sets apart the extraordinary experience from the average experience is the attention to details, the follow-through and a “client service” first approach. I take great pride in providing value to my clients by paying attention to the details that matter to each of them, by personally following-through, and by serving my clients as an advisor, educator, counselor, and mediator. My background in Law and Mediation provides a unique lens through which to view each transaction. I find great satisfaction in helping my clients achieve a favorable outcome through this balance of education and advocacy.
For the last twenty years, I have loved making Boulder County my home. This supportive community has been a place where I have enjoyed raising our three daughters, cycling, beekeeping, and volunteering for causes that are dear to my heart. My educational background includes a Juris Doctorate, Mediation Certification, and a License to Practice Law in both Colorado and Nebraska.
I am honored to serve my clients along the entire Front Range and I am grateful to work at Live West Realty as a Broker Associate. Live West Realty fosters a culture that encourages excellence, teamwork, and pride in the representation of our clients. We place the needs of our clients at the top and constantly strive to exceed their expectations.

JaimiAnn was Fantastic! She guided us through the entire process of purchasing a condominium, and was always timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. Her ability to communicate effectively, and translate legal jargon into real life terms was invaluable. If you’re looking for a real estate agent that will work VERY hard for you without being pushy, JaimiAnn should be your choice!

CRABAPPLE ROUTE:
Springtime in Littleton, CO means the colorful display of flowering crabapple trees, signaling the end of winter and the start of gardening season. But did you know, these trees aren’t just a happy accident? Over 40 years ago, a City beautification program led to the planting of many of the mature trees we enjoy today. In 1969, Mayor Vaughn Gardinier kickstarted the program, inspiring both the City Council and homeowners to plant thousands of crabapple trees along streets and in yards. Today, more than 7,000 of these trees adorn the community, earning Littleton the title of Flowering Crabapple Capital of Colorado in 2014. Now is the perfect time to take a drive along the crabapple route and witness these beautiful trees in full bloom!
